I always get spun out by how time seems to flash before my eyes, Siobhian and Damo brought Little Madeline back for her 1st birthday portraits.
The Morning of our photoshoot the weather was temperamental and my morning bike ride was spent dodging the smoke from locals burning of plant waste. lucky it was a crisp morning and I was much to distracted with keeping my heart rate up to stay warm! We were so lucky to get clear skies by the time we headed to my favourite outdoor location although we must not forget this family were the first to test out the newly renovated studio, freshly painted and new curtains make a massive difference and I love every second I spend in there!
I don't mean to brag but I did get Damo to smile which has been no easy feat in the past, I am more than happy to report that it quote "wasn't painful either" though I can't take all the credit. All he had to do was look at Madeline.
I just adore everything about this photoshoot, catching some sun, with this adorable family and seeing how little Madeline has changed from little burrito to a teetering toddler! Madeline seems to handle a good stack though. tough little cookie who knows how to laugh at herself already. We carefully curated this look with Damo nipping out to the shops the morning of to get the perfect shirt, which resulted in me delivering their photos weeks ahead of schedule! Siobhian and Damo's outfit contrast perfectly, whether we were in the studio or out in nature they truly stood out of the scenery with there happiness. In other words I had a blast and can't wait till our next photo session <3 While winter is finally upon us I will be preparing for next seasons weddings and meeting a whole bunch of new people and I literally mean new, newborn babies. My favourite, in-home lifestyle goodness coming up on the blog my friends! Stay tuned! x - Beth Alison
